What is your return policy for outdoor apparel?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and load-bearing equipment cannot be returned.

How do I care for my Mont waterproof jackets?

To maintain performance, we recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with a specialized technical wash. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.

Do you offer a warranty on your adventure equipment?

Yes, all Mont products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
